You've lost me on this one are you saying that the quiz images are a Pistachia? not a fraxinus though surely - or are you talking about another plant? :? and which genus ? Oleaceae?

They're always changing the allocations of Bamboo - the book I've got is getting a bit out of date but I think we're agreed Jackpot - they appear to be the same plant. g 8)

An interesting plant. Akin in it's uses to [/i]Isatis tinctora, which gives the blue body paint/dye known to early British peoples as 'Woad'. 8) g

Have you got a pic of your ferns RB?

btw I regularly prop. fern spores a long wait but v. useful in my garden. Polystichum, Adiantium and Dryopteris sps.
