Medicago Spp - fruit images

This is my first attempt to arrive to which Medicago species this plant belongs to. I am including scanned images of the fruit and seeds.

I have arrived to an inconclusive result between M. arabica or M. polymorpha. Any clues?

Medicago is a difficult genus. I am struggling with them, too. But your plant seems to be M. polymorpha (the most common one in Malta but like the name suggests it is also very polymorphic). M. arabica usually has dark spots on the leaflets but i have not seen it in Malta, yet.
