no idea what this is except that i guess it is a beetle/weevil!
found in the middle of Wardija last year.

Looks like Heteroptera, family Nabidae, but otherwise it's hard to recognise for an amateur.

The substrate looks like the termination of the anterior limb of a Homo sapiens

This is Nabis capsiformis, which is frequent in Malta and seems to be similar to your specimen.
