Yellow-Black striped wasp

Hi, I found this wasp today which looks different from the normal firendly-neighbourhood common paper wasp. Maybe I am wrong but what do you think it is? The narrow abdomen caught my eye.

congratulations you found a common potter wasp which I think is not common at all.

Eumenes lunulatus.
