I gave up on this 'skeleton' so here is my post. I was thinking on Cichorium intybus... your idea are welcome. Looks like the HQ of Brussels took idea from this plant (referring to that grey building with large spheres joined by tubes)

The plant was very small so taht's a bit against Cichorium intybus hypothesis :-( BOQQ!
