Large spider (not my wife's favourite!)

Post by MWP admin » Sun Dec 23, 2007 10:36 pm

Last we went to Gozo, we found this large spider creeping in the flat. I observed it first as soon as we entered the flat, enjoying the warm sun on the curtain behind the glass pane of the door. It stayed in the flat with us, becasue on the day we were leaving she came out again to say good bye (and some photo modeling). It was rather a quite spider, and remained motionless for a while.

Many thanks robcar! The trick is that I gave the spider an overdose of Christmas Brandy  Also, that photo was approx my 24,000-ish photo in the last 3 years, so I had plenty of practice sessions :-)
