Good shot! You managed to capture action in the photo - something rather difficult in nature photography (though I think it came by sheer luck for this :lol: )

This is my specimen of the swallowtail, taken today at Dingli. I too was lucky here as it seems the insect took some extra bottles of beer!

You know what would be great? Taking a picture of its caterpillar. I assure you it's the most beautiful caterpillar in malta after that of the Lappet moth imma!
no man needs a holiday as much as the man who just had one.

Well the caterpillar of the spurge hawkmoth cannot be ignored either - a pretty spectacular fellow he is :!:
