pic attached taken 20november at wied incita and it is very probably sedum sediforme - it was the only one in flower out of quite a large number there
my questions
1. why is it flowering now and not in june ?
2. why is flower directly coming out of leaves instaed of on a stalk as usual ?
3 . maybe it isnt sediforme at all or just a lazy late-flowering plant ??

I think you are right with Sed.sed. Usually, this perennial plant develops inflorescences in late spring-early summer at the top of a 2 year old fertile, elongated stem. Stems are sterile for the 1st year and not yet elongated. In your case, this only 1 year old stem got an information to produce an inflorescence (but is to young for sex and, therefore, atrophied/reduced).
