Plant from Mosta

Anyone know this ornamental? It is growing in a bed by the seating area at the bottonm of the steps to the Mosta Dome (on the left-hand side, by the car park).

Although no close up of the flowers I suggest Polygala myrtifolia. Check it up and tell us if u r convinved.

Thanks Stephen, yup - I know it here as a conservatory or hothouse plant, also used as a summer annual.

It's very definitely a perennial here, and is widely planted because it is fairly drought resistant.
