Delphinium / Pedidalwett ?

Hi to everybody

Near Mosta we found a plant where we are not sure, have different meanings, what kind of plant this is.
Seems to be no maltese wild plant. Maybe some kind of Delphinium / Pedidalwett? What do you think?

Probably Consolida ambigua.
