Ornamental ID Oct08 - 3

A rather high tree (around the 10m mark) where I could not even reach the lower branches. Leaves and fruit photos available, but not the flower which I assume that it blooms in Spring (from the empty fruit capsules seen in October)

The leaves and fruit have a particular shape so it may be easy for the ornamental freaks!

Did not spot it on Webers Ornamenta book, perhaps only the flowers are shown there.

quite sure that this is a Grevillea but not really sure that it is Grevillea robusta

Yes you are right, and there are a hundered of species for this family to choose from. A Genus never heard of...
