I waited for others, but since there is complete silence, I want to put my neck out, and risk a big shout/laugh/(beer) from jackpot by saying:

"this is NOT a (maltese) Orchid"
  :?:

"YES!" You mean it is a maltese Orchid or a non-native ornamental Orchid from Malta.

"this is NOT a (maltese) Orchid": YES!

MWP: read exactly my answer! certainly, YES means this is NOT! :-D
Not growing in the pot! It is a pic from Argotti (right hand between the large public spring in the centre of the garden and the small one at the wall, where Rhamnus alaternus grows) :D

BTW: regards from HCWeber, he cannot receive any messages, therefore, just forward your message to him to me, please

Right, I did mean "not a native" by "not outside of a pot".

My guess is: ----------- pseudo---------.

I am trying to solve the riddles and I think it must mean:

Photo of an Orchid taken from Malta (=Argotti) but not native (=ornamental/introduced) and not from a pot

Gomesa spp. ?
"Epidendrums" ?

Does this grow at Romeo Romano and seed pods then turn orange?

That's what I thought it was, but a) could not remember the name, b) not sure.

"That's what I thought it was," does not refer to Caesalpinia but to the tree/s at RR which may or may not be Caesalpinia... and which I have seeds of ready to plant.
