Guest cannot post

I have disabled guests from submitting / replying posts for 2 simple reasons:

1) avoid unregistered persons (= guests) from abusing and writing unproper posts.

2) Eliminate the problem of member forgeting to log in and their posts would show as from a guest instead their nick

ALWAYS REMEMBER TO LOG-IN BEFORE POSTING
