2. could be Allium subhirsutum
3. could be Delosperma cooperi
4. is Matthiola tricuspidata

No it is not, found in many places on garigue. Collect some seed and spread on the surface of soil in a pot containing a larger plant (placed in a very sunny position), and you will soon have your own in-house production facility :-D

I do, have had these as a permanent fixture in several pots for many, many years now, they set seed and sprout without fail every year.

They are quite attractive as you undoubtedly also noticed.

If you search the forum you should see some more pics and info. I would however place it as infrequent (definitely not common) compared to Sedum sediformis or Sedum caeruleum, but as RB says, not rare for sure.

I never seen the 3rd one (and thanks for JP for ID). I have not checked info about it, but looks an Aizoaceae
