Just one photo of this plant. Completely clueless. Boraginaceae?

no doubt that it is Veronica (Scrophulariaceae)- there are many similar species, I would suppose V. polita, Edwin?

I was very susprised that it was of the SnapDragon family! Yes nice one but do not know from where I have taken the photo. Maybe i can make some detective work and trace the photo set from the image number.
