I am sorting few Summer Photos (June-July) and I cant figure out what is this plant that I reasoned out to be an Asteraceae (looks like a Crepis). I only have this photo and inflorescence is still at the bud phase. I think I have seen those leaves but can't recall.

yes, Asteraceae is correct

Have you noted the bud at the centre and base of the rosette.
Sonchus ten. is erect and from what I've seen, it forms the flowers on the upright stems, so I would exlude it from the BIG list of the Asteraceae.

I identified this as a young plant of Scorzonera laciniata (Podospermum laciniatum).
