Small group of mushrooms.

Post by MWP admin » Thu Oct 23, 2008 1:42 pm

Like Racheal's recent post about mushrooms, I also have found a group of mushrooms of same colour and size, but I do not think the species is exactly the same.

any comments welcome

I know no mushrooms, but I have a colleague who is an expert. These tasty animals are commonly not "identifabely" :) by pics only, but in this case it COULD be a Psathyrella

Thanks a lot - Genus is enough for the scope of Maltawildplants.com (since the site is not called MaltaFunghi.com)!

Seems ID needs a lot of Lab study, including the use of a microscope.
