Now this is one of the most beautiful species of fungi that exist for me.
They are very useful when it comes to mycoremediation and are beneficial fungi.

O by the way the pleurotus eryngii grows commonly on the dead root of the Giant Fennel but anyhow it can easily be grown at home on any material having cellulose and other nutrients that are essential for the growth of fungus.
