Narcissus tazetta in flower

This week (end of October) I have seen Narcissus tazetta in flower, and one could see this species in flower even in beg of April. The ones on rocky habitat seems to be the early flowering type, while those in valleys and clay-soil, later flowering.

I find it somehow strange ?!

Any thoughts about this observation ?

Yes, but the question is if these early (October flowering) Narcissus tazetta are something else since (Subsp. / Var.) of their early flowering period. Morphologically they are quite identical, but I have not checked the specimens in hand.

Probably nothing special, but I posted this observation just in case someone knows something interesting in regards.
