yes it is. Flowering time in your region of hundreds of species means only "main flowering period", you always will find a specimen blooming out of the season...

yes, it is a real wild plant of Malta (I would say "frequent", Edwin?). It is only possible (with this pic) to identify the genus, because you need the seeds, which we collected of this plant 1 months later.

the bulbil-looking tiny things in the centre are no bulbils, they are fruits (capsules) containing the seeds.

yes, I agree (Admin: this is the species what you have in culture, together with Arisarum- do you remember the quiz? I asked for the bulbs in the center....and told you that this is characteristic for the Colchicum cupani...)
